MOTORWAY SERVICE AREA

Welcome to the M25 West (Warren Farm) Motorway Service Area website.

A new Motorway Service Area, proposed by Extra on the Western quadrant of the M25.

IN DEVELOPING PROPOSALS FOR A NEW MOTORWAY SERVICE AREA (MSA), EXTRA HAS TAKEN ON BOARD FEEDBACK FOLLOWING THE PUBLIC CONSULTATION INTO THE PROPOSALS HELD IN JANUARY & FEBRUARY 2019.

THE FEEDBACK RECEIVED HAS INFORMED AN ITERATIVE DESIGN PROCESS, PRODUCING A HIGH-QUALITY AND SUSTAINABLE DESIGN WHICH RESPONDS POSITIVELY TO ITS SURROUNDINGS.

AT THE END OF JUNE 2019 EXTRA FORMALLY SUBMITTED AN OUTLINE PLANNING APPLICATION TO CHILTERN DISTRICT COUNCIL.
THE APPLICATION CAN BE ACCESSED VIA CHILTERN DISTRICT COUNCIL’S WEBSITE.
